Chinese steel companies to raise export offers to Korea by $60-80/t for May shipment

China’s steel companies raised its export offers for May’22 shipment to Korea to $900/t FOB for HRC, $1,000/t FOB for CRC and $1,100/t FOB for hot-dip galvanised coils today. Prices rose by $60/t for HRC, $70/t for CRC and $80/t for hot-dip galvanised coils on a weekly basis. Meanwhile, domestic distribution prices in China are also on the rise. HR sheet (3mm) was traded at $842/t, as per a Steel Daily report.
