Electric resistance welded (ERW) patra pipe prices surged INR 1,100/t in Raipur, while prices inched up by INR 1,000/t in Mandi and Punjab markets respectively on 4 Mar’22. Current offers for base grade ERW pipes (41 – 60 OD) stand at INR 61,000/t (exw-Raipur) and INR 62,000/t (exw-Mandi). Pipe prices were at INR 57,500/t last week – up INR 2,500/t excluding GST at 18%.
