Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur remain stable today at INR 53,500/t for basic size 150mm channel. Rise in semi-finished steel prices yesterday provided support to manufacturers to keep prices on the higher side, hoping for improved transactions, while sentiments in the spot market remain volatile. However, suppliers are also offering trade discounts of around INR 1000/t, sources told SteelMint.
