Iron ore Pellet makers based in the state of Odisha as well as Karnataka have unchanged prices as compared to the previous week as demand continues to be ok.
Offers are standing in the range of Rs 7,700-7,850/MT (ex works Barbil) and at Rs 7,100-7,350 (ex works Bellary) for material with Fe% 62, with some discounts on bulk purchases, in Bellary.
“We expect prices to move up slightly by Rs 100-150/MT as buyers would start procuring the raw material in good quantities, looking at approaching monsoons when moisture content of the material increases”, remarked manufacturers.
