Domestic steel wire rod manufacturers in Raipur today kept their offer prices and trade discounts stable at INR 49,500/t exw and INR 500/t d-o-d, respectively. High raw material costs lent support to manufacturers to keep prices high. However, weak trade enquiries and transactions put pressure on the resellers to raise discounts to over INR 1,000/t depending upon the quantity booked.
