Raipur-based steel wire rod suppliers kept trade discounts unchanged in the range of INR 500-800/t. Manufacturers also kept base offers stable at INR 48,800/t exw. Prices remained supported on higher billet prices, while buying enquiries and trades were limited as buyers held back bulk procurement on higher prices, cautiously watching the raw material price trends in key markets, sources informed.
