USA: Flat steel exports rise by 3%, m-o-m, in Nov’21

The USA’s flat steel exports stood at 0.49 mn t in Nov’21, up 3% against 0.47 mn t a month ago, SteelMint data reveals.

• The largest share of exports belonged to HRC/plates at 0.15 mn t followed by galvanised and electrical steels at 0.10 mn t and 0.09 mn t, respectively.
• Mexico and Canada were the top destinations with 0.25 mn t and 0.22 mn t of exports, respectively.
