Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur have declined further by INR 500/t today. The current offer for 150 mm channel stands at INR 49,500/t exw, down INR 1,500/t this week. Prices have decreased and discounts offered by suppliers stand at around INR 1,000/t. The fall in billet prices has prompted manufacturers to reduce structural steel prices, sources reported.
