India: Sponge iron offers fall in Bellary on limited deals

Sponge P-DRI (FeM 80%) prices in Karnataka’s Bellary fell by INR 150/t, while C-DRI prices declined by INR 100/t on 5 Jan’22.

• Around 2,000 t of P-DRI deals were confirmed at INR 29,700-30,200/t against offers at INR 30,200/t exw
• SteelMint’s price assessment for C-DRI stands at INR 30,900/t ($415) and around 2,000 t of deals were reported today.
