India: Auto parts producers receive higher bids, w-o-w, at scrap auctions

Automobile component producers based in north and west India conducted around 500 t of busheling scrap auctions last week. HR-CR mixed busheling scrap from Pune received bids at INR 41,000-41,100/t exw. A slight improvement in trading activities in the semi-finished steel segment resulted in slightly higher bids compared to auctions conducted last week.
