SAIL conducted an auction for 800 t of silico manganese (0-3mm, 3-10mm) on 23 Dec’21 from the Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant in Maharashtra. As per sources, buyers booked 200 t of silico manganese (Mn 52%, 0-3mm) at INR 56,300/t and 200 t (Mn 57%,3-10mm) at INR 74,300/t . At the previous auction on 10 Dec, around 400 t (Mn 56%, 3-10mm) was booked at INR 73,000/t exw.
