- China was the largest importer with 0.16 mn t, followed by Mexico and Kazakhstan with 0.15 mn t and 0.06 mn t, respectively.
- Russia’s billet exports rose by 20% in Jan-Oct’21 to 13.11 mn t compared with 11 mn t in the same period last year.
