India: Bellary pellet prices continue to slide in recent trades

Bellary iron ore pellet (Fe 63%) prices dropped to INR 9,500-9,600/t as against INR 10,000-10,200t assessed on 3 Dec.

• Confirmed deals for 11,000 t were recorded at around INR 9,500-9,800/t exw.
• Pellet-based sponge iron, P-DRI, prices fell to INR 26,600/t exw against INR 27,000/t on 3 Dec.
• Pellet prices continue to slide with further correction expected during the week.
