India: JSW Steel cuts list prices of long steel for Dec’21

Steel major, JSW Steel has announced a reduction in list prices of rebar and wire rod for Dec’21 deliveries, sources informed SteelMint.

Effective prices:

• Rebar (12-32 mm, blast-furnace route): INR 57,000-57,500/t ($760-766), down INR 3,000/t ($40).
• Wire rod (5.5-6mm): INR 57,500-58,000 ($766-773), down INR 2,000/t ($27).
• Prices are on FOR-Mumbai basis, exclusive of GST @ 18%.
