Turkey: Long steel exports decrease by 13%, m-o-m, in Oct’21

Long steel exports by Turkey declined 13% to 0.94 mn t in Oct’21 against 1.09 mn t in Sept, SteelMint data shows.

• Export volumes of rebar stood at 0.76 mn t, while exports of wire rod and structurals stood at 0.02 mn t and 0.16 mn t, respectively in Oct.
• Israel, Yemen and Singapore were the top export destinations.
