Coal production in North China’s Shanxi province reached 102.75 mn t in Oct’21, up 5.2% y-o-y, Provincial Bureau of Statistics data shows. Daily coal output at China’s largest coal-producing province has remained above 3.3 mn t since last month, with annual output expected to exceed 1.2 bn t. Shanxi has supplied 21.87 mn t of coal this month till 21 Nov.
