HR strip (patra) prices decreased by INR 1,200/t in Raipur on account of subdued sales, as per SteelMint reports. Current offers for base grade patra (148-200 mm, 2mm thick) are assessed at INR 47,300/t exw-Raipur. Meanwhile, patra prices are assessed at INR 48,400/t exw-Mandi. Prices do not include GST at 18%. “Sales are remaining low in the market,” a manufacturer from Raipur informed.
