Around 2,700 t of billet deals were reported by Ramgarh, Jharkhand-based plants at INR 42,000-42,300/t exw on advance payment basis, out of which over 1,000 t was sold to Jaipur.
The freight cost to Jaipur is estimated at around INR 1,800/t via road, sources informed.
The current billet offers in Jaipur are reported at around INR 44,100/t exw on advance payment terms.
