- Japan’s leading steel producer, Tokyo Steel, has lowered scrap purchase bids today by JPY 500/t ($4) for one of its plants from 17 Nov’21, as per latest reports.
- After the revision, the company’s bid price for H2 scrap stands at JPY 55,500/t ($486/t) for the Tahara steelworks. However, prices for the other four plants remain unchanged.
