Indian integrated steel major JSW Steel’s standalone crude steel production remained flat at 4.10 million tonnes (mn t) in Q2 vis-a-vis Q1. The steelmaker has maintained 91% capacity utilisation in Q2FY’22, as per the company’s latest press release scanned by SteelMint. The steel major took a planned shutdown at its Vijayanagar and Salem works for maintenance during Q2 of the ongoing fiscal.
