India: JSPL records steel sales at over 2 mn t in Q2 FY’22

JSPL reported the highest-ever quarterly sales at 2.13 mn t in Q2 FY’22, an increase of 32%, q-o-q, as against 1.61 mn t in Q1, as per company sources.

• Sales rose by 10% on year compared to 1.93 mn t in Q2 FY’21.
• Sales totalled 3.74 mn t in H1 CY’21.
• Share of exports in total sales was above 40%.
