India’s leading iron ore miner NMDC has produced 2.69 mn t of iron ore in Sep’21, down 12% on month, SteelMint learnt from the company’s recent BSE filing. Mineral sales fell by 6% on month to 2.73 mn t in Sep. NMDC is India’s largest iron ore miner, which clocked output of more than 34 mn t in FY’21 from its mines in Chhattisgarh and Karnataka.
