In a confirmed deal, a total of 18,000 t of RB2 coal was sold at INR 12,900/t at Vizag port against yesterday’s price of INR 12,300/t. While a few traders were heard to be holding offers, a few others raised their offers sharply to INR 13,800/t in line with rallying RB1 (6000 NAR) grade coal prices that have touched $192/t, up by $30/t, week-on-week.
