Vietnam: Domestic ferrous scrap prices stay stable

Domestic scrap prices in major South Asian scrap importing country, Vietnam, have remained unchanged, as per SteelMint.
The procurement price of H1 grade scrap stands at VND 12,000/kg ($522/t), while VND 11,700/kg ($509/t) is the price of H2 scrap.
Scrap prices are expected to improve in the coming weeks with Hanoi lowering COVID-19 lockdown restrictions and export demand also edging higher, SteelMint notes.
