SteelMint’s daily assessment for Raipur sponge P-DRI stands at INR 30,500/t exw, up INR 300/t. Prices hit the highest level in a month due to slight supply shortage and rise in billet offers by INR 550/t, d-o-d.
- 5,000 t P-DRI deals were confirmed at around INR 30,200-30,500/t. Offers were at INR 30,400-30,600/t on exw and FOR Raipur basis.
- Indicative price for DR CLO grade sponge is assessed at INR 33,500/t exw.
