Turkey: Pipes, tubes exports down 50% on month in Jul’21

The world’s third-largest steelmaker, Turkey, has witnessed 50% decrease in total export volumes of pipes and tubes to 99,116 t in Jul’21 compared to 197,118 t in Jun, SteelMint deduced from customs data. However, total imports stood at 24,713 t in Jul, down 36%, m-o-m, while the same had edged up nearly 15% to 196,928 t in the year-ago period.
