Total steel exports by India in Jul’21 were at 2.4 mn t, up 11%, m-o-m, compared to 2.16 mn t registered in Jun. The rise is Jul export figures has been driven primarily by sales to Europe. The maximum volume of around 30% of total Indian steel shipments were for Europe Union countries, as per latest reports.
