Indian steel major Tata Steel Ltd has invited a request for quotation (RFQ) for 1,500 t of ferro silicon lumps (Si-70-75% with Ca) FoR at site (Tata Steel’s Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar plants). Out of the total quantity, 1,200 t is for the Jamshedpur plant whereas 300 t is for Kalinganagar. The online price negotiation will be held on the M-junction platform for order placement. Online acceptance of the complete RFQ has to be sent after signing and with the company’s stamp on all the pages, failing which participation in bidding will not be allowed. The due date for techno-commercial offer submissions is 23 Aug’21.
