SAIL held an auction for 2,000 t (single rake) of basic grade pig iron on 18 Aug’21 from its Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) in Jharkhand. Buyers booked the entire quantity of at INR 38,200/t exw, sources informed SteelMint. Bid prices are more or less stable as compared with the previous auction on 14 Aug’21.
