Shagang Steel has scheduled maintenance of its steel production equipments – basic oxygen furnace (BOF), thick plate production line and wire rod production line on maintenance till 30 Apr ’21, credible sources informed.
- BOF would be shut down for 15 days, affecting an output of 7,100 t per day.
- Thick plate line is scheduled to undergo 11-day maintenance, affecting a daily output of 3,700 t
- Wire rod line would remain closed for 10 days, affecting 1,800 t of daily output.
