Bahrain Steel has produced 1.13 mn t iron ore pellets in Mar ’21, the highest ever monthly pellet output since its inception. It has also recorded the highest ever daily output of 37,800 t of iron ore pellets. Bahrain Steel is a leading iron ore pellet producer in Bahrain. Its two pellet plants have a combined capacity of 12 mn t pa. The company produces a range of pellets for either DRI or Blast furnace steelmaking.
