Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has scheduled an auction on 05 Apr ’21 for 3,600 t (52 & 60 kg-full length) commercial rails from its Bhilai Steel Plant, Chhattisgarh. In the previous auction conducted on 18 Mar’21, out of the total 9,300 t, buyers booked only 300 t (rail 60 kg) at a weighted average price of INR 34,250 /t exw.
