Steel Authority of India Ltd has scheduled an auction on 27 Mar ’21 for 4,000 t steel grade pig iron (in 40 units) from its Rourkela Steel Plant, Odisha. In the previous auction from RSP conducted on 20 Mar, the entire quantity 10,200 t was concluded at a weighted average price of INR 35,100/t exw. Another 400 t pig iron auction from Durgapur plant is also scheduled on 26 Mar.
