In recent sales concluded for around 3,000-4,000 t of UK origin shredded scrap, prices have fallen by $20-25/t w-o-w. The deals have been concluded at $430-440/t CFR Qasim basis, credible sources have confirmed to SteelMint. Distressed cargoes are being sold at lower bids which have pulled down the offers, mentioned Pakistan-based trade participants.
