India: Secondary rebar prices increase further by up to INR 1,000/t ($14)

Induction grade rebar prices increased further by INR 300-1,000/t owing to improved demand and active buying inquiries in most of the major supplying markets. However, trades were moderate in a few markets of Western and Southern region which resulted in manufacturers to keep their offers stable. According to trade sources, continuous increase in semi-finished steel cost has supported finished steel prices.
