India: TVS Motor clocks 31% y-o-y growth in Jan ’21 sales

TVS Motor Company Limited posted 31% y-o-y growth in sales at 307,149 units in Jan ’21 as against 234,920 units in Jan ’20. Domestic two-wheeler sales grew by 26% y-o-y to 205,216 units in Jan ’21 while exports of the same registered a growth of 56% y-o-y at 89,380 units, despite scarcity in availability of containers. However, demand in the export market continued to be robust.
