Vietnam: Hoa Phat aims to achieve 2.7 mn t HRC output in CY ’21

Hoa Phat Group has set a target of 2.7 mn t of HRC output in the year CY ’21 in order to meet the needs of steel pipe, galvanized steel pipe and other mechanical engineering industries, thus helping Vietnam’s steel industry to be more proactive source of raw materials for domestic enterprises, boosting export. In the previous year CY ’20, it achieved nearly 700,000 t HRC output with 171,000 t in Dec ’20 alone.
