1. Procurement of Medium Carbon Silico Manganese at Salem
Salem plant, one of unit of SAIL in Tamil Nadu intends to procure medium Carbon Silico Manganese through online Reverse Auction process.
Tenderer shall be a manufacturer of medium Carbon Silico Manganese (MC Si Mn) and should have successfully supplied at least 690 MT medium Carbon Silico Manganese to any industry in India.

- Manganese: 55% Min
- Silicon: 20% Min
- Carbon: 0.5% Max
- Size: 10-70 mm
Quantity: 2,300 MT

2. Procurement of Low Carbon Low Phosphorous Silico Manganese at Bokaro
SAIL/Bokaro Steel plant invites tender from Indian firms only, for supply of low Carbon low Phosphorus Silico Manganese.
Tenderer shall have experience of manufacturing or supplying the required material to any PSU/Govt/Public company during past seven years.

- Manganese: 58% Min
- Carbon: 1.0% Max
- Phosphorus: 0.10% Max
- Size: 40-80 mm
Quantity: 528 MT
Delivery: BSL shall intimate the delivery schedule in the purchase order in terms of accounting unit for which the supplier shall arrange for timely supply of the material.
