According to Customs, Indian manganese ore imports registered a hike of 5.5% m-o-m in Oct’ 20. The imports were significantly higher from South Africa and Gabon. Majority of imports happened for grades between 44% to 46%. The total imports for first ten months of the year were up by 25% y-o-y. Imports in the past two months were much higher than the regular levels.
