Imported bulk US origin HMS scrap offers to Bangladesh have come down by $5 in the last couple of weeks, SteelMint learned from its sources. USA suppliers are quoting around $320/t CFR Chittagong, while bids stand at $310/t CFR Chittagong basis. Bangladesh’s bulk ferrous scrap imports rebounded in Sep’20, as it imported 151,624 t as compared to just 25,525 t in Aug’20.
