Today, SAIL conducted an auction for 2,850t (by rake) mixed off grade (basic) pig iron from its Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) Jharkhand. The auction received no response amid a higher base price (INR 28,850/t exw). In the previously conducted auction, on 12 Aug’20, for the same quantity, the company received the bids at INR 28,850/t, exw levels.
