The billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) remained unchanged for today as well. The billet transactions were moderate. However, finished steel prices saw an increase. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,460/t ($506/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
