Japanese and South Korean mills raise HRC export offers

Japanese and South Korean mills have raised HRC export offers to Vietnam by around $10/t w-o-w. Current offers stand at around $530/t CFR Vietnam basis, which was at $520/t CFR basis last week. The uptrend in global prices and increased raw material costs resulted to increase in offers.
