Today, billet prices in the Tangshan (northeast China) market, have come down by RMB 40 ($6) against last week’s close. The price of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter was reported at RMB 3,420/t ($491/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
