India: RINL inventories drop to a five-month low of 0.3 mn t in July

With demand recovery in the domestic market, inventories at RINL’s Visakhapatnam Steel Plant have dropped to a five-month low of 0.3 mn t in Jul’20 from a high of close to 0.7 mn t  in Apr’20, as per SteelMint data. With the restarting of another furnace, crude steel output at 0.2 mn t in Jul’20 is expected to soar in Q3 CY20.
