The local steel plants in Mandi Gobindgarh (located in Fatehgarh district – Punjab) will remain shut during weekend (i.e. every saturday & sunday) till 26 Jul’20 in order to control spread of COVID, as per govt notification issued on 27th Jun’20. Additionally, the notification also stated that local industries will also remain closed in beginning of next week (i.e. 29-30 Jul’20).
