A Mini Ratna Company, MSTC LIMITED Inviting Suppliers Empanelment offers for Supplying imported non-coking coal to various Power utilities/Buyers for the period 01.07.2013 to 30.06.2014.
General Conditions-
o MSTC intends to empanel two Associate Suppliers for each of the four Zones in which the country has been notionally divided.
o Minimum Quantity of Coal for each Zone has to be 0.5 Million Metric Tons (MnT)
o The Tenderer must have past experience of sourcing imported non coking coal
ex China, Australia, Indonesia, South Africa etc. and must have:
Imported at least 0.5 MnT of non coking coal during the financial year 2012-13 directly or through any PSU
Or
Imported at least 1.0 MnT of non coking coal during the last two financial years i.e. 2011-12 & 2012-13 directly or through any PSU
Important Dates:
- Pre Bid Meeting: on 09.07.2013 at 1100 hrs IST
- Last Date of Tender Submission: on 18.07.2013 at 1500 hrs IST.
- Tender Opening: on 18.07.2013 at 1530 hrs IST.
