As low demand hits the steel industry in central India, structure manufacturers based at Raipur has reduced their prices. Local and small manufacturers have cut offers by Rs 100-300/MT as well as premium structure manufacturers have slashed offers by 300-600/MT in W-o-W change.
Local and small manufacturers offered 40 Angle at Rs 31,200-500/MT after reducing by Rs 100-300/MT in a week.
Meanwhile, C.G. Ispat offered I-Beam 250 at Rs 31,800/MT on Saturday, and H-Beam 152×152 offered at Rs 32,400/MT by Sarthak Ispat which felled by Rs 200/MT W-o-W. However, Topworth's structure prices reduced by Rs 600/MT from the last month and offering I-Beam 600 at Rs 34,200/MT which was at Rs 34,800/MT before prices fell down.
On the other side, Structure prices in Mumbai remain firm as market showed more or less the same trend. 65 Angle was offered at Rs 33,400/M which remains the same around the week and at the present day.
