As per market reports,Vietnam based Hoa Phat steel successfully commenced HDGI (Hot Dip Galvanizing Line#2) in collaboration with Danieli at Pho Noi A facility in South East Asia.
Company has successfully produced first coil from Hot Dip Galvanizing Line#2 which is a part of cold mill complex , including two single stand cold mills and two galvanizing lines.
New HDGI #2 mill has the ability to produce 3,50,000 tpy of high quality galvanized and galvalume products which are used for construction and home appliance markets in Southeast Asia.This has been possible since Danieli Automation electrical and process control system oversees all the operations.
Danieli Kohler X-JET automatic air-knife lip cleaners and roll scrapers, having the flexibility to process materials from thin-gauge cold-rolled to thick-gauge hot-rolled and pickled strip which helped to achieve high quality surface in all galvanized products.
The finished material has widths from 750 to 1,250 mm and thicknesses from 0.25 to 3.0 mm.
Thus installation of HDGI#2 in Hoa phat, was supplied as a full technology package, including Danieli Centro Combustion process and furnaces.
