Ferrous scrap offers into Southeast Asia reached an eight-month high this week on tight supply. Offers of HMS 1&2 (80:20 mix) in containers from Europe and USA are at $470-490 per tonne cfr, up from $425-440 cfr two weeks ago, said trading sources across the region. The last time prices were this high was in mid-April last year, when offers were at $480-500 cfr
